Owner, Cody Utzman, grew up in the Willamette Valley and has a true passion for the incredible food that grows here. The employees of Frankie’s share Cody’s sense of generosity and grace towards anyone who walks through the door. His attention to detail and knowledge of food and cocktails makes eating at Frankie’s a unique experience. Everything at Frankie’s Restaurant is made fresh and in-house, from the stock in our soups, to the mayonnaise on sandwiches and the dressing on our salads. We don’t have freezers and don’t use microwaves. Our seafood is shipped directly by airfreight from Seattle and Alaska and is just hours out of the ocean. We’re extremely particular about produce, which is harvested from the bounty of local and organic farms. We only serve Pacific Northwest grass fed beef, with no added hormones or antibiotics, and all our burger patties and meatballs are homemade. Because at Frankie’s, it’s about more than fresh ingredients. It’s about the time and care we put into preparing your food, like how all of our buns, bread and desserts are baked from scratch, right here at the restaurant. Frankie’s also offers many gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options.
